How do I return an item?

Customers must contact Inspyre Health Systems and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. If an RMA is authorized by Inspyre Health Systems, all items to be returned MUST be shipped within 3 business days to the following address:

Return shipping is to be prepaid by the customer and is non-refundable. The items MUST include all items, factory packaging, and be free from cosmetic defects including scratches and dirt. A 25% Restock Fee will be applied to all returns.

Upon arrival, inspection of the merchandise will take place before refunds are given. Merchandise must remain in unused/like new condition and be returned in all factory packaging.

Returns will NOT be accepted for the following conditions:

Merchandise has been used
Merchandise has ANY cosmetic blemishes
Factory packaging missing
Accessories missing
RMA number not present on packaging
Units sent back without being issued an RMA
Package sent COD or Postage due

Refunds:

Payments made via credit card will be refunded back to that card. Payments made via check will be refunded via company check.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise, and verification of all accessories and packaging. A 25% restock fee will be deducted. Once a refund is processed, it can take up to 2 weeks to show on your statement. Refunds paid by company check will be mailed within 2 weeks. All initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
