Sending a unit in for repair

  • 1. Request an RMA

    Email service@inspyrehs.com with the model, serial number and a description of the fault. We reply with an RMA number and shipping instructions. Prefer pickup from a service center near you? See our authorized service centers.

  • 2. Ship it to Grafton, Ohio

    Pack the unit securely, write the RMA number on the box and ship it to our Grafton, Ohio facility. Warranty repairs ship back on a prepaid UPS label.

  • 3. Back in about a week

    Repaired units are tested for purity, flow and sound and shipped back with a service report, typically within a week of arrival.
